Last updated: 9 July 2026.

This privacy policy describes how personal data of visitors to the xerti.tech website and of people contacting Xerti Tech Sp. z o.o. is processed. We respect your privacy and take care of the security of the data entrusted to us.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is:

Xerti Tech Sp. z o.o., ul. Fabryczna 9, Poznań, Poland. KRS 0001087524 · NIP 7831897829. E-mail: kontakt@xerti.tech · Phone: +48 61 669 04 50.

For all matters relating to the processing of personal data you can contact us at the e-mail address above.

2. What data we process

We process data you provide voluntarily via the contact form or by contacting us directly (e-mail, phone):

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to respond to your enquiry and stay in contact (on the basis of your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — and our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), to take steps prior to entering into a contract and to perform it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to establish, pursue or defend against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Voluntariness

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to answer your enquiry. Not providing it means we cannot contact you.

5. Retention period

We keep correspondence data for as long as necessary to answer your enquiry and continue communication, and then until any claims become time-barred or until you withdraw consent. Data related to concluding and performing a contract is kept for the period required by law (including tax and accounting rules).

6. Data recipients

Your data may be entrusted to trusted providers supporting our operations, only to the extent necessary and under data-processing agreements — in particular providers of hosting, e-mail and contact-form services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

The website uses Google Fonts, which may involve transferring your IP address to Google. Where our form providers use servers outside the European Economic Area, transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).

8. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data and obtain a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, write to kontakt@xerti.tech. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

9. Cookies and analytics

The website is static and does not use its own marketing cookies or profile users. Any cookies may be used solely to ensure the site works correctly. If analytics tools are added, we will update this policy and — where required — ask for your consent.

10. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions in an automated way, and we do not use profiling.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy, e.g. in connection with changes in the law or the way the site works. The current version is always available on this page, together with the date of the last update.
