This privacy policy describes how personal data of visitors to the xerti.tech website and of people contacting Xerti Tech Sp. z o.o. is processed. We respect your privacy and take care of the security of the data entrusted to us.

We process your data to respond to your enquiry and stay in contact (on the basis of your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — and our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), to take steps prior to entering into a contract and to perform it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to establish, pursue or defend against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to answer your enquiry. Not providing it means we cannot contact you.

We keep correspondence data for as long as necessary to answer your enquiry and continue communication, and then until any claims become time-barred or until you withdraw consent. Data related to concluding and performing a contract is kept for the period required by law (including tax and accounting rules).

Your data may be entrusted to trusted providers supporting our operations, only to the extent necessary and under data-processing agreements — in particular providers of hosting, e-mail and contact-form services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where our form providers use servers outside the European Economic Area, transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
